Facing trouble writing: Galileo One

In Case you are facing issues in writing. Check following:

Check Installation: Galileo One Unit should be placed at the center of the screen
Check if all the plastic covers are removed from both the unit and the tv screen.
Go to Setup and Open Sensor viewer and increase exposure using the Center Navigation-button on air mouse or up arrow button (in case you have connected your own keyboard) to see if there is any hindrance or reflection in between the view of Sensor and TV. The tv screen should be visible in the sensor viewer.
Complete auto Calibration and if there is intense light go for Manual calibration.
